The consulting service(‘’the Service’’) included Procurement of Consultancy Service for the Construction Supervision of Udiek Kebele to Udak kebele Unpaved (grave) access Road of 15.43KM length in Dimma Woreda and Kuachthiang Main Road to Dual Puar Kebele Unpaved(gravel)access road of 8.28KM length. The Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project (LLRP) in Gambella now invites eligible consulting firms (‘’Consultants’’) to indicate their interest in providing the service. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services.

The shortlisting criteria are: Core business and years of experience of the firm, technical and capability of the firm, the qualification in the field of assignment, and managerial organization of the firm. Interested Firms/Consultant should provide information’s indicating that they are qualified to perform the service (brochures, description of similar assignment, experience in similar condition, availability of appropriates skill among the staff. The attention of interested consultants is drawn to section III, Paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16 and 3.17 of the World Bank’s ‘’Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers’’ July 2016(‘’Procurement Regulation’’), Setting Forth the World Bank ‘policy for conflict of interest A consultant will be selected in accordance with LCS method set out in the Procurement Regulation. The application shall bear all costs related to preparation and submission of this expression of interest.
