Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP), with financial backing from the European Union managed by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), is seeking consulting firms to design and implement a comprehensive institutional system. The 9-month project—scheduled to begin in December 2026—aims to systematically capture institutional memory, build internal capacity, foster innovation, and bridge the gap between large-scale infrastructure projects and internal technical growth through technical assistance, benchmarking, and strategy development.
